Team, roles & tags

Work together, without losing control.

Invite your colleagues in two fields, give everyone a clear role — Owner, Admin, Manager, Member — and let tags organize who accesses what. Control, without the bureaucracy.

Four roles, zero ambiguity

Everyone knows what they can do — and above all, what they can't.

Owner

Full access and ownership transfer — there's only one.

Admin

Sees everything, manages members, groups and access.

Manager

Accesses whatever shares their tags, invites Members.

Member

Sees what's explicitly shared with them — nothing more.

Inviting takes two fields

An email, a role, send. The seat price shows pro-rated before you confirm — no billing surprise. Your colleague creates their account and joins the team.

  • An email, a role. No HR form: the invitation goes out in ten seconds.
  • Pro-rated price shown before sending. The seat cost for the current cycle is computed and shown in the modal — you confirm knowing the amount.
  • Everyone invites within their rank. An Admin invites Managers and Members; a Manager only invites Members.

Who sees what, set once

Owner and Admin see everything. A Manager accesses whatever shares their tags. A Member only sees what's been explicitly shared — with three rights per resource: view, edit, delete.

  • Three cascading rights. Edit includes view; delete includes everything. No inconsistent state is possible.
  • Manager access follows tags. Tag a template "Sales": every "Sales" Manager gets access — no individual permission needed.
  • Auto-populated on creation. When a member creates a resource, colleagues sharing the same tag are added with read and edit rights.

Groups in your colors

Create your groups — Sales, Legal, Management — pick a color, and find them everywhere: on members, documents, templates, workflows and hubs.

  • Twelve colors, or yours. A ready-made palette or a custom hex code — the pill preview updates live.
  • Three functions, one tag. Visual organization, automatic Manager access, permission auto-population.
  • Filter your documents by tag. The tag set at creation becomes a filter in your library.

One tag set, found everywhere

Member, document, workflow: the same colored pill follows the resource — and with it, Manager access and auto-populated permissions.

  • Across five surfaces. Templates, documents, folders, workflows, hubs — the tag is the common thread.
  • Color that guides. In a list of fifty resources, the purple "Legal" stands out before you even read.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an extra member cost?

The seat is billed pro-rated for the current cycle, and the exact amount is shown in the modal before the invitation goes out — nothing leaves without you seeing it.

What does a new Member see?

Nothing, by default: a Member only sees what's explicitly shared with them. However, when they create a resource, colleagues sharing the same tag are added automatically — sharing flows the right way.

Does a tag grant access?

For a Manager, yes: they access everything sharing one of their tags. For a Member, no — the tag organizes, the permission grants access.

How does my colleague join the team?

They receive the invitation by email, create their account in a moment, and find the team, its groups and what's been shared with them.
